What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in their original condition and packaging. Refunds are issued to the original payment method
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet. For now, we only ship within the United States, but international shipping is something we’re exploring for the future.
Does it work in other cities besides NYC?
Currently, RideOnTime works only in New York City. We plan to expand to other cities. Let us know where you’d like to see it next!
Where are train times sourced from?
All times come from the MTA’s official real-time feeds.
Does it support buses?
Not yet. Bus support is on our roadmap, and we plan to release it in a future update.
Can you mount it on the wall?
Yes! It has mounting holes on the back for easy wall installation (hardware is not included).
Can you adjust the brightness?
Yes! Press the small button on the back to cycle through 4 brightness levels.
Do I need an app to set it up?
No app required. You can configure RideOnTime from any phone, tablet, or computer via Wi-Fi.
