We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in their original condition and packaging. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Not yet. For now, we only ship within the United States, but international shipping is something we’re exploring for the future.

Currently, RideOnTime works only in New York City. We plan to expand to other cities. Let us know where you’d like to see it next!
